We are in search of a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Eloquent Marketing Agency. As a pivotal member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating designs that grab attention and leave a lasting impression. Your role will involve translating client briefs into stunning visual assets across various mediums.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Client Service team to understand clients’ design needs, objectives, and target audience.
• Create visually compelling designs for branding, marketing materials, social media, and other promotional collateral.
• Develop eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with client brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Incorporate innovative design elements and techniques to captivate and engage audiences.
• Ensure consistency and brand integrity in all design deliverables.
• Stay updated on design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
• Collaborate with copywriters, web developers and client service to ensure impactful designs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Ability to think creatively and develop unique design concepts that align with clients’ objectives.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing and polished designs.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a team environment.
• Passion to create captivating and impactful designs that resonate with audiences.

We seek a dedicated and proactive Client Service Manager to join our team at Eloquent Marketing Agency. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies. Your role will involve liaising between the agency and clients, advocating for client goals, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, developing a deep understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and marketing expert.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic marketing plans, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.
• Translate clients’ briefs into clear, actionable instructions for the internal team, including designers, writers, and strategists.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular updates and reports to clients.
• Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of marketing deliverables.
• Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
• Act as an advocate for the client within the agency, ensuring their needs and objectives are effectively communicated and met.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (4 to 6 years ) in client service or account management, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics, draw insights, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address client concerns and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
